Hadum's Realm menu as it appears in game.
Hadum's Realm is a shadow realm that is the counterpart to the normal world of Elion. Hadum was added to the Global version of the game on September 28, 2020.[1] By entering Hadum's Realm, players are able to access and alternate version of a zone that contains stronger enemies. These enemies drop different loot and have different knowledge than their Elion versions.
How to Enter Hadum[]
In order to access Hadum's Realm, players must first complete the main mission [The Rightful King] in Mediah, which will unlock the Hadum family mission [Harbinger of Darkness]. Finishing the last quest in this family mission quest line will unlock the [Hadum's Realm] story quest line.
Once the prerequisite quests have been completed, players can enter Hadum's Realm by clicking on the purple sun icon that appears in the top left of the screen. In order to enter Hadum's Realm, players must have sufficient Blessings of Light, which can be obtained by using [Holy Vial of Light] or [Holy Vial of Splendor].
Blessings of Light[]
Blessings of Light are the resource required to enter Hadum's Realm. In order to gain Blessings of Light, players must have [Holy Vial of Light] or [Holy Vial of Splendor] in their inventory.
[Holy Vial of Light] can be obtained by sacrificing lightstones on the Hadum Craft tab.
[Holy Vial of Splendor] can be obtained from completing daily Bounty Missions, available from the Bounty board in towns. There are different sizes of [Holy Vials of Splendor]. Larger sizes provide more Blessings of Light.
Blessings of Light are consumed when the player gains EXP. They are not affected by the duration of time spent in Hadum. For example, if a player remains AFK in Hadum without killing any enemies, they will not consume any Blessings of Light. As a result, buffs that increase combat EXP, such as Hot Time and Soups, will result in Blessings of Light being depleted more quickly.
Blessing Tiers[]
There are 3 Blessing Tiers available in Hadum. Players can set their Blessing Tier via the Hadum menu in game. Higher Blessing Tiers will consume more Blessings of Light (e.g. Tier 3 will use Blessings of Light faster than Tier 1). Blessing Tier does not affect the quantity or quality of loot drops. As such, players primarily focused on loot should use Blessing Tier 1; Players focused on knowledge and EXP should use higher tiers if they have enough vials.
| Tier | Hadum Combat EXP | Hadum Knowledge |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | +50% | +50% |
| 2 | +200% | +200% |
| 3 | +500% | +500% |
